Following are the Terms and Conditions of Using Hotel Indraprasttha Online Reservation Portal

TERMS & CONDITIONS :


  • All the requirements of the banquet function, including menu, seating arrangements must be finalized at least working time prior to the function.
  • No leftover food or beverage will be removed from hotel premises for outside consumption, irrespective of the number of guests actually attended.
  • The hotel has a right to cancel the contract in case causes referred in payment scheduled, and terms not adhered to.
  • Advance payments paid to the hotel are non-refundable.
  • The management of Hotel INDRAPRASTTHA is not liable for any loss or damage to client and his guests’ belongings during the event.
  • The client is liable for any damage caused to Hotel INDRAPRASTTHA property or equipment by the client’s guest attending the event or the event management company employed by the client.

CANCELLATION TERMS :


If your plans change, be sure to inform within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained.

  • In case request for cancellation of reservation is received before 4 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check in, 100% of the advance will be refunded.
  • If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 3 days, 50% of advance taken will be refunded.
  • No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 1-2 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above.


Keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to provide your individual photo-identity proof while checking-in. foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Indian nationals can present any one of these, which is mandatory:


Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, or Aadhar card bearing the holder's photograph.
